Olivia Olvera wins Miss North Carolina USA and Pammy Peters is Miss NC Teen USA!

Three-time South Carolina runner-up Olivia Olvera has returned home to NC and won her first time competing there!  Pammy Peters, top 10 in 2011, has won Miss NC Teen USA.  Full results in the Facebook tab.
